What is your official job title? Digital Coach
What does your average day involve (if an average day even exists)? It’s varied but I usually track Social Media platforms and engage with other coaching and Social Medial professionals.
What are the biggest challenges of your job? Keeping pace with traffic on Social Media platforms and convincing corporate business that they need to have a Social Digital strategy to ensure success.
What do you enjoy most about your job? Engaging with people, both face-to-face and online.
What advice would you give to anyone wanting to get into a similar position? Marketing a business on Social Media is first and foremost about relationships, not about advertising or pushing your products. Manchester is an ideal place to lead the country in the digital world. What needs to happen is for all the different strands to be brought together in a common strategy.
