To tell us more about working in the production world, Sue McHugh from Carbon Digital answers our five questions to give a quick snapshot of her role.

What is your official job title? Studio Manager
What does your average day involve (if an average day even exists)? Overseeing on-going projects, leading art team and answering all staff issues, chasing new work, social media and PR, all administration work for the studio and recruitment.
What are the biggest challenges of your job? Multi-tasking to manage 10 different things at once
What do you enjoy most about your job? Striving to maintain a lively studio and happy team, as well as clinching new clients and exciting projects
What advice would you give to anyone wanting to get into a similar position? Absorb as much about the industry you are in as you can, listen to your staff and try to put yourself in their shoes.
